Chiropractor Dr. Matt Suntken grew up in Elgin, Minnesota where he was very active in sports and the community. Through his dedication, he went on to receive degrees in Dietetics, Exercise Science and Chemistry from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2003 and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008.
Growing up in the surrounding area of Rochester MN, is what brought him back to Rochester to begin his practice. As an experienced and passionate chiropractor, he now owns and operates Quality Life Chiropractic & Massage in Rochester, MN. Dr. Suntken likes working with patients of all ages including new born babies as well as treating patients throughout their pregnancy. He enjoys educating on the various benefits of chiropractic, massage, exercise and proper nutrition and supplementation. Treating, educating and inspiring people to make choices that will allow them to feel better and be healthier is something he does best.
The chiropractic technique Dr. Suntken uses is the Diversified Chiropractic Technique and he performs Full Spine and Extremity Manual Adjustments. Dr. Suntken takes a whole body approach with his chiropractic care and his treatment recommendations.
Since he began practicing as a chiropractor, each year Dr. Suntken joins other chiropractors to keep up to date with continuing education and chiropractic techniques, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced chiropractic care available today.

Even though Dr. Suntken is a busy chiropractor and business owner, maintaining a healthy and balanced life style is extremely important to him. He enjoys golfing, exercising, hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife, Amanda and their two dogs, Myer and Bella.
